Information We Process

AscendexS processes your sign-in email, profile details you provide, avatar if you add one, and the photos and dates of your check-ins.

How We Use Data

We use your email to send one-time login codes. Your photos are shown only in your private history so you can compare your own records.

Appearance scores, body-fat estimates and participant rankings have been retired for everyone. Legacy assessment data remains stored privately until account deletion; it is no longer displayed or used to compare people.

Infrastructure

Authentication emails are sent through Resend. Account and check-in metadata, including an optional visual evaluation, is stored in PostgreSQL; photos are stored through Cloudflare R2 and delivered only through authenticated API requests. When you request an evaluation, the three photos are transmitted to OpenAI for processing.

RevenueCat processes your app account identifier, subscription status, product identifiers, and store purchase and restore events to verify Premium access. Apple processes payments; AscendexS does not receive your payment card details.

Retention and Access

Photos submitted for evaluation before the feature was retired were processed by OpenAI with response storage disabled. Historical abuse-monitoring logs may be retained under the provider policy for up to 30 days, or longer where required for safety or law. We no longer submit photos for evaluation.

Check-in photos are private to your signed-in account. Use “Delete account and photos” in Profile to remove your account, check-ins, and uploaded images. For help, use the support page linked from the app listing.
