Terms of Use

Service

AscendexS is for people 18 years or older. Keep a private photo history in three fixed poses and compare your own check-ins. Upload only your own photos with your consent. The app does not assess bodies or compare people and is not medical advice.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address and profile information you submit. You may not share access codes or attempt to access accounts that are not yours.

Acceptable Use

You may not abuse the authentication flow, upload photos you do not have the right to use, interfere with the service, or use the product in a way that violates applicable law.

Premium Features

The first photo check-in is free. Additional check-ins require Premium.

Premium is offered as weekly, monthly, and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. The App Store shows the price and any introductory offer available to you before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within 24 hours before that period ends. Cancel in your App Store account settings; Premium remains active through the paid period. Apple handles refund requests. You can restore purchases from the Premium screen.
